No contract is formed through website use

Visiting the website or submitting a contact or career form does not create a customer, employment, partnership, agency, warranty, service-level, or other contractual relationship. Any commercial engagement is governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order, statement of work, service-level agreement, or other written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

3. Inquiries, proposals, and recruitment

  • You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through our forms is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide.
  • Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response, quotation, product availability, pricing, delivery date, or acceptance of work.

  • Do not submit passwords, confidential credentials, financial account information, or unnecessary sensitive information through the website.
  • Quotations, designs, bills of materials, timelines, warranties, and service commitments are valid only when stated in the relevant written commercial document.

4. Technology products and third parties

Telso works within a multi-vendor technology ecosystem. References to OEMs, products, logos, customers, or third-party services identify relevant technologies, relationships, or project contexts; they do not imply ownership of third-party marks or a broader endorsement than expressly stated.

  • Third-party products, subscriptions, licences, support, and warranties remain subject to the applicable manufacturer, publisher, distributor, or provider terms.
  • Product availability, specifications, licensing models, and support terms may change and are confirmed during solution design and procurement.

7. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but descriptions, figures, project summaries, partner listings, specifications, availability, and other content may contain errors or become outdated. Website content should not replace a site survey, technical assessment, formal design, quotation, or written professional advice for a specific environment.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every defect or security issue will be corrected immediately.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Telso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or an external website linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to contracted products or services is governed by the applicable written agreement.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the contact and careers forms, and routine technical information associated with website access, is handled.
